Community Give Back Night for Project Access on Thurs., Feb. 25

Wichita, KS – Locally owned Delano BBQ is hosting a special Community Give Back Night on Thursday, Feb 25 at its location at 710 West Douglas, in Wichita, KS. Ten percent of all sales between 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., will benefit Central Plains Health Care Partnership.

Delano BBQ is offering a free s’mores bar along with a purchase of a meal. There is a “Like and Share” contest on Central Plains Health Care Partnership Facebook page. Anyone that likes and shares the poster on Facebook will be entered to win two free meals with the winner announced on Feb 24.

Central Plains Health Care Partnership is the nonprofit arm to the Medical Society of Sedgwick County. Central Plains administers Project Access, which coordinates donated healthcare services for medically-uninsured, low-income patients. Since 1999, Project Access has connected a total of 13,000 residents in Sedgwick County with physicians to treat their condition while leveraging $180 million in donated healthcare.
